Santander Group City, inaugurated in 2004, is one of Europe’s most advanced and innovative corporate campuses. Spanning 250 hectares with over 500,000 m² of built space, it brings together work, services, and nature in a single, integrated environment.
Designed by renowned architect Kevin Roche, the campus is organized into three main areas:
A key feature is its strong commitment to sustainability:
Nature plays a central role, with 24,000 trees, including one of Spain’s most important collections of ancient olive trees (some over 1,000 years old), alongside lakes, forests, and a golf course.
The campus also integrates art and culture, featuring sculptures by internationally renowned artists and an art gallery with works by masters such as El Greco.
Santander Financial City reflects the Group’s values —Simple, Personal, Fair— by creating a sustainable, people-focused environment that combines innovation, wellbeing, and efficiency.
